New slideshow, leaving behind Autumn and entering Winter. Res: 1920x1200

A new slideshow and my last for this year. Photographs taken during the last three months of the year over the last few years. Res: 1920x1200.

Every year since 2010 I've done a show on the Edinburgh Tattoo. This year I thought I'd concentrate on the faces which make up the Fringe and the Tattoo. The soundtrack is ' Put on a Happy Face ' by Oscar Peterson.

Relatively little snow in the Scottish Highlands this winter. However, a couple of recent short breaks yielded just enough images for this slideshow. Res: 1920x1200. 5m.15s.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park, an area of beautiful valleys (dales), hills and stone villages. The photographs in this presentation were taken mainly in the more westerly dales, which are the ones closer to my home. Keyboard control enabled. Maureen

A Story of the Malay population at Cape Town

This Slide Show was the subject of a Video Step by step tutorial that was made for Digital Photo Magazine in 2003. The subject was making a slide show with PicturesToExe and it appeared on the magazine cover disk along with this slide show that was the subject of the tutorial. I have adjusted the format of it a little for PC and Mac, but the slide show remains as was made in 2003. The slide show helped (a little) to raise awareness of PTE in the UK For those who like a little nostalgia

An early morning sail into Venice to spend 24 hours in that glorious city in April this year.

A brief stop at Chania on the Isle of Crete, a port of call during a cruise in the Aegean.

This is my first attempt at the digital book. There is a lot to correct because some of the 'pages' do not open smoothly and I am still working on it. I run a small Audio Visual club at U3A Noosa in Queensland, Australia. All the members are new to AV's and this is one of the projects.

I live very close to this beach, the Long Sands at Tynemouth, Tyne and Wear and have hundreds of images of the beach taken over several years. This is a compilation of images to show the spirit of the place under different conditions.

A short AV (just under 4 minutes) set to a Neil Diamond classic. Keyboard control enabled and about 36mb in size.

Another visit to Andalucia, this time in February this year, hopeful of catching the almond blossom in full bloom. Alas, after a very mild Spring, most of it had already flowered before we arrived.

Royal Greenwich Park is situated in South East London. During the summer months concerts are performed on the bandstand. Greenwich Concert Band plays there every year. The music "Greenwich Park" used in this audio visual was composed by one of the band members and played by the band.

A week in October 2015 based at Loch Sunart to explore western Lochaber and the Isle of Mull. Res: 1920:1200

Theses pictures were all shot in June 2016 while on holiday in North Wales. The file size is 35mb.

Memories of another visit to Venice. For photo experts - sorry I could not pack my tripod, so hand held at 3200-6400 iso; 1/15 - 1/30 shutter speed and wide open at F4. For audio experts, sorry recorded on my iphone. For Photoshop experts - I did what I could but don't look too closely. Having said that i hope you enjoy.

Antoni Gaudi died in 1926 and today is recognised as one of the worlds greatest architects. This A/V shows some of his most prestigious designs in his home city of Barcelona including the Basilica "Segrada Familia which is still being built and not due for completion until 2026, a century after his death.

This is a simple slow fade style slideshow produced for my family, featuring photos taken on a once of a lifetime trip to New Zealand.

I am not religious in the least but do appreciate church music, church art and church architecture so I have put together this show and being Good Friday it seems appropriate to upload it today.

Hi, As every year, during the Advent's time, the members of the French forum Diapositif.net put each day an AV as an Advent Calendar gift. Here is my own contribution. Unfortunately, the story is in French. Thank you to excuse me. Here is the summary : During all the Middle Ages, the archbishopric of Sens (60 km from my home) was very powerful : it contained 7 bishoprics, of which Paris. This certainly explains why the Sens Cathedral was so innovative, and is now regarded as the first Gothic Cathedral (XII century) with the St-Denis Abbey. A transept was added in the end of the XV century. At the south entry (for the bishops) is a big rose window, with Last Judgement details. At the north entry (for the chapter) is a (smaller) big rose window, named The Rose of Paradise. I tried to describe this magnificent rose in a tale way : One day, the designer of the rose, still without ideas (as me !!), falls asleep and dreams arriving in the Paradise. There, he sees 33... ? (well, you'll see !) And with the aid of St Cecilia, St Veronica St Étienne St Peter, and a magical mirror (the reflections become real !) he is now able to draw and paint the screen of the rose. And later, in the middle of a Christmas night... But please, see by yourself ! Merry Christmas to you all, and my best wishes for 2016

Nepalese Privacy

Simple slideshow of holidays pics taken on a couple of visits to Cornwall, altho' I suspect there may be one or two 'strays' from the neighbouring county of Devon. Cornwall was the setting for the novels of Daphne du Maurier also the popular TV series of Poldark and Doc Martin.

Back when I was first diagnosed with cancer I was given 1 to 4 years and that was that. My wife Karen talked me into spending money and getting a few things to soften my life. I had this trailer for 18 months. By then I knew I was still too rough to keep a beautiful trailer beautiful. I like rough out of the way places and I was going to quickly wreck this cute trailer. I sold it and went back to traveling very light. This show is traveling from Arizona where I bought the trailer back to New Mexico. I passed Petrified Forest NP and thought I'd take a look. I hope you enjoy the show.

This PTE show is to confirm how advanced the video engine has become in PTE. I put together a 4:18 second video of life in my backyard back in 2017. I wanted to see if it would play in PTE. It played perfectly. This is a 1920x1080 HD video. The video I used is 471 megs. I put that file on the working track of PTE. I then changed the bitrate to 3500. The file produced ended up 111 megs and on my 43 inch screen I really couldn't notice a change. Nice work guys. I won't leave this up too long but it is actually a very warm video and a bit heartbreaking for me as I will soon have to sell it. By the way, my little water hole is just a couple salad bowls with a water drip from a hose. The rocks in the bowls keep the baby quail from drowning. Also, because I have a wire fence around the back and side of my old double wide trailer, I can leave Lefty out with my door open so she can go out whenever she wants. The coyotes don't come too close and the bunnies and quail are a bit safer. Lefty never makes a fuss about the little guys. When it gets warm she stays in for air conditioning and it keeps her away from the snakes that come out. The wild mules are just across the way west from my place at Lake Mojave. I am going out to Arizona one more time hopefully with Lefty. If we can keep moving with steroids we should be able to do it, but who knows. Every day is an adventure. I hope this helps with your research on PTE's qualities. It truly is quite wonderful. Jeff Lunt

Following a recent 7 week road trip down the East and South Coast of Australia, this is the first images of that trip presented as an audio visual. It sums up the drama and fascination we have with the sea and the music that accompanies the images must also be dramatic.
